How long does it take to process an order online?

The WIGWRAP™ is a custom product that is made to order, subject to stock availability, and may take 3 to 5 business days to process. For all other products, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

What are the Shipping costs?

All domestic and international shipping, costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase at checkout.

What are the Shipping times?

Shipping times will vary depending upon the items purchased as well as the destination of the order.

Once processed, items may take 5 to 9 business days to arrive domestically. International orders may take 4 - 22 days to ship. We can offer a more specific estimate during the checkout process. You will receive tacking information once your order is confirmed.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and for hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We greatly apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we strive to continue to provide stellar customer service.

How do I cancel an order?

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched, typically 1-2 days from when the order was placed. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
